A power float is used to achieve a smooth and flat finish on a newly-laid concrete surface. Our machinery smooths, re-compacts, and levels the floor once all bleed water has evaporated. Power-floated floors are also highly-resilient which means they can easily bear the weight of machinery and vehicles. They are also waterproof and low-maintenance, making them ideal for industrial settings.

Easy float/pole finishing improves the final surface durability, finish, and quality by reducing surface laitance. This type of finishing is ideal for smaller jobs where the level tolerance is not as critical as the power float finish or where you have a tight schedule.

This process achieves a smooth finish when laying free-flowing self-levelling liquid screeds. A tamped finish for uniformed surfaces is produced by raising and lowering the compacting beam in its final pass to produce a surface with ridges at a regular spacing of 20 to 30mm which can improve grip.
